Strategic Programs (5 Years)

1. Practice Agriculture School (PAS) or Sekolah Pertanian Terpadu (SEPERTA) : training and workshop to increase a capacity for being a success of farmer. This program will be to prevent a loss generation of farmer. Programs will characteristic a lesson from field and synergy with entrepreneurship management. To ensure that the results of in-class training are adopted, Cerdas Bangsa (Tangerang) will provide routine technical assistance and coaching to make sure that the knowledge and skills learned during training are institutionalised in each of the partner organisations. This routine support will also provide an organisational mechanism of control of program, ensuring that everything runs by the rules in each of the part. Include for the 5 the best participant in each training, will be give fellowship achievement.
2. Bunda/Mama Fund (BUFU) Care : to provide a fund for support are upheld and the poor and disadvantaged communities are able to develop their capacities. The recommendations produced are expected not only to help local communities to prevent and resolve the problems. Example activity: Microfinance approach for get a prosperous women (Lembaga Keuangan Mikro untuk Perempuan Sejahtera) : to change from an aid paradigm is not yet supported by technical and operational capability as well as basic understanding on Micro Finance activities can perform a side from being an operator of a savings and loan institution, specifically to maximize microfinance as an effective tool in poverty reduction and job creation. There is a need of a proper sequence of technical capacity and financial capital to ensure proper development of resources to the neediest sectors. Minimum standards education on sustainable program and microfinance performance to compliment to loancapital.
3. Legal Reform : Reforms are needed in the institutions, tools, and training involved in the policy process, if constitutional compliance is to be achieved. Law reform bodies carry out research and recommend ways to simplify and modernize the law. Many law reform bodies are statutory corporations set up by governments, although they are usually independent from government control, providing intellectualindependence to accurately reflect and report on how the law should progress.
4. Research and advocacy for community Development : The aim of this programme is to raise the quality of conflict prevention and resolution in conflict and post-conflict areas in a participatory and gender sensitive way. The expected output is stronger community participation in conflict transformation and peace-building efforts. Strengthening of the CSOs is carried out using several approaches.
