Vision : A democratic society in Indonesia in which the principles of justice

Mission : Cerdas Bangsa aims to empower the poor and dis-advantaged communities through the empowerment of civil society organizations and a process of community development, concentrating on enhancing human resources and the infrastructure to enable them to face a changing and challenging environment

Goals : Together with its partners, Cerdas Bangsa (Tangerang) will provide assistance to solve the problems Civil Society Organization (CSO) face, through empowering them to get accesses to improve their human resource capacities, improving their organization’s management capabilities, streamlining their financial management systems and procedures and enhancing their information & communication technology capabilities.

Strategic : In achieving its vision, mission and goals, Cerdas Bangsa concentrates on approaches to develop and empower civil society organisations and community-based organisations at the community level. To support its work, Cerdas Bangsa has developed a division that focuses on research and advocacy of the issues that concern Cerdas Bangsa.
